Homemade Ice Cream

Yield : 2 pints of vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

- 2 cups of whole or organic milk

- 1 cup of heavy cream

- 1/4 cup of sugar

- 1 sachet of vanilla powder

Procedure

- Whip 2 cups of whole or organic milk, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 sachet of vanilla powder together until smooth, thick, and creamy.

- Transfer mixture to a closed-lid or tight container in the freezer until ready to serve.

Optional : Add any kind of pureed fruit for different flavors
